We were so impressed by Joan's knowledge of the area, her high energy, and her fantastic personality, that we knew she was the realtor we wanted to use to help us search for our new home, and more importantly help us sell our old home.

Joan made the whole process enjoyable from start to finish. She was almost always available when we had a question, and on those rare occasions that we did have to leave a message, she always replied in a timely manner.
